Retail Customer Return Policy

Retailers who wish to return Iovate products are to adhere to the following process to receive replacement products for those items returned:

1. Please call a wholesale department representative at 1-888-334-4448, ext. 2.
2. Summarize the items you wish to return and be prepared to specify the reasons for the return for each product:
• a. Quality concern
• b. Damaged
• c. Other
3. An RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number will be issued and this number must accompany this return in the shipment instructions. We suggest that it be included on the outside label of each shipping box. Iovate cannot process a return without this number associated with the returned goods.
